Case study (in progress): All the Words I Swallowed

All the Words I Swallowed · Rashmi Kumari

In progress — not yet published

In progress: this memoir is the first end-to-end project on NEXUS Publishing Intelligence (manuscript audit → package → CRM → outreach drafts → roadmap). Public ‘published with NPI’ claim unlocks only after the book is actually published.

Project

All the Words I Swallowed — memoir by Rashmi Kumari. Work id: atwis-001. Package score 95/100.

What NPI did (evidence)

Asset inventory and checksum verification (13 files present). Editorial/package findings surfaced (e.g. front matter / ISBN) without inventing quality vanity scores. Submission package generated (query letter + synopsis scaffold + checklist). Discovery research seeds → CRM opportunities (no fake open-call claims). Outreach drafts with approval gate and copy-to-email for real-world send. Dual-track plan: Track A publish path (0/9 items done) + Track B product learnings (4 logged).

What the author still owns

Personalising queries, verifying each agency’s guidelines, sending email (until provider configured), legal name/ISBN, and the final decision to publish traditionally or via self/hybrid channels.

Product learnings feeding Track B

Front matter still had [AUTHOR NAME REQUIRED] — audit caught it. → Keep P1 front-matter checks visible on journey progress; block ‘ready to submit’ badge until clear. Authors need to email from Gmail/Outlook even if product has no provider. → Copy-to-clipboard draft is a paid feature, not a consolation prize. Discovery without invented open-calls builds trust. → Never show fake ‘accepting queries’ badges; only research seeds + user verification. Package score 90 with real EPUB/cover is already a strong case-study asset. → Lead demos with Customer Zero package audit, not agent theater.

Status of the success story

Book not yet published. Use this page as an in-progress case study for investors/customers — never as proof of a completed publication.
